One Bites Donuts step by step
- Campurkan terigu, gula, ragi (pastikan masih aktip ya raginya) kuning telur dan air susu perlahan lahan sambil d mixer sampe setengah kalis lalu tambahkan margarin dan garam mixer lg sampe kalis, setelah kalis diamkan 45 menit sambil di tutup dgn kain bersih..
- Setelah mengembang, keluarkan angin yg ada dlm adonan dan timbang masing masing 10gr jd nya sekitar 47 buah (mayan banyak) setelah d timbang semua isi dgn isian, sy sebagian mozarela sebagian coklat, atau suka suka aja isinya heheheee….
- Diamkan kurang lebih 40 menit lalu goreng dgn minyak panas, api sedang..
- Siap dihidangkan…. Note, ini bisa d frozen, dgn menggoreng sampai berkulit kekuningan lalu angkat, biarkan dingin, lalu masukan k plastik atau wadah tertutup dan masukan frizer.. Jika akan d goreng lagi Keluarkan sejam sebelumnya..
