Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of corn kernels
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  3. Remove the bakwan jagung from the oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.
