- It’s 350 gr of tepung terigu protein tinggi.
- It’s 60 gr of gula pasir.
- It’s 1 butir of telur.
- You need 2 sdm of susu bubuk (fibercreme).
- Prepare 175 ml of air hangat (suam² kuku).
- You need 7 gr of ragi instan.
- It’s 50 gr of mentega (royal palmia).
- It’s 1/4 sdt of garam halus.

- Dalam gelas ambil 1 sdm gula dan setengah air lalu masukkan ragi atau fernipan aduk rata tunggu sampai berbuih tandanya ragi aktif..
- Campur semua bahan kering kecuali garam aduk rata lalu masukkan telur dan ragi juga sisa air aduk hingga rata dgn spatula.
- Setelah setengah kalis tambahkan mentega dan garam lalu uleni sampai kalis elastis. (Tanda nya kalis elastis klw ditarik adonan tidak putus).
- Lalu olesi minyak di atas adonan dn diwadah supaya adonan tdk kering, tutup dgn lap bersih dan istirahatkan selama 30 menit atau sesuai suhu masing². Ak td sekitar 45 menitan karna cuaca lagi mendung..
- Setelah menggembang kempiskan adonan, lalu timbang sekitar 50gr bulat² kan dan profing lagi sekitar 30 menitan..
- Panaskan minyak sampai benar² panas lalu masukkan donat goreng dgn sekali balik. Pakai api sedang cenderung kecil ya…
- Angkat dan dinginkan lalu isi tengahnya dgn selai atau isian sesuai selera..
