  1. Campur semua bahan A, tunggu hingga muncul buih. Yg menandakan ragi masih aktif..
  2. Selagi menunggu berbuih, campur semua bahan C. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.
  3. Setelah buih muncul. Dan tinggi hampir 2kali air semula. Tambahkan bahan B. Aduk rata..
  4. Masukkan campuran bahan A dan B ke dalam bahan C. Aduk rata. Uleni hingga setengah kalis..
  5. Setelah setenga kalis. Masukkan bahan D. Uleni hingga kalis elastis. Karakteristik adonan untuk resep ini adalah lengket dan basah. Maka proses ulenin sy cukupkan sampai adonan tidak menempel diwadah. Sy tidak melakukan window pane test karna sulit..
  6. Tutup adonan menggunakan plastik wrap. Fermentasi sampai mengembang 2kali lipat. Untuk waktu tidak bs menjadi patokan. Tergantung suhu ruangan masing2. Tp untuk pertimbangan, sekitar 30-60 menit..
  7. Jika sudah mengembang. Kempis kan adonan. Keluarkan semua gas yg terperangkap. Tp tidak diulen. Istirahatkan adonan 3-5 menit. Sambil kita menyiapkan alas kerja..
  8. Setelah istirahat. Bagi adonan menjadi 1bagian. Kali ini sy tidak menggunakan timbangan. Hanya feeling. Karna untuk konsumsi pribadi..
  9. Giling memanjang adonan menggunakan tangan dipermukaan yg rata dan ditabur terigu. Agar tidak lengket..
