Instruksi Yangnyeom Tongdak (versi fillet)

  1. Potong fillet ukuran bite size. Lumuri dgn jeruk nipis/cuka, garam, gula dan penyedap. Diamkan 30-60 menit di kulkas.
  2. Baluri fillet ayam berbumbu dengan tepung sagu campur tepung kentang, ratakan.  Goreng dalam rendaman minyak panas. Angkat sesudah matang. Goreng lagi ke-2 kalinya setelah jarak 30-60 menit untuk mendapatkan hasil yang renyah, tiriskan..
  3. Campur saus yang ada: air, saus tomat, saus pedas gochujang, cuka/air jeruk nipis, air gula, garam, gula dan penyedap.
  4. Panaskan 4 sdm minyak bekas menggoreng ayam tadi. Masukkan campuran saus, berikut fillet ayam goreng tepung tadi, aduk rata. Icip sesuaikan dengan selera. Sajikan dengan taburan wijen sangrai.
