  1. Campur semua bahan pao kecuali garam.
  2. Uleni sampai setengah kalis tambahkan garam dan uleni lg sampai kalis elastis.
  3. Diamkan adonan selama 40 menit- 1 jam sampai mengembang 2x lipat tutup plastik wrap/serbet bersih (tergantung cuaca).
  4. Kempeskan adonan bagi menjadi 6 buah @55 gram.
  5. Bulatkan adonan, gilas oval, lalu lipat sela2 lipatan diberi pembatas kertas baking yg dipotong, lalu taruh adonan di atas kertas baking lg, diamkam selama 30 menit sampai mengembang.
  6. Kukus selama 10 menit sblmnya panaskan kukusan dan tutup dibks dgn serbet bersih.
  7. Sambil menunggu pao dikukus siapkan isiannya, goreng sosis terlebih dahulu dgn margarin sblmnya sosis digeret2.
  8. Setelah pao matang Angkat dan beri isian sesuai selera.
  9. Pao Kempit siap dinikmati 👌.
