Langkah-langkah Omurice

  1. Iris paprika/wortel, bawang bombay dan daging asap menjadi kotak² kecil, sisihkan.
  2. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga kuning, masukan daging asap, paprika/wortel dan bawang bombay hingga layu, masukan nasi, saus tiram, minyak wijen, garam dan kaldu aduk² hingga rata, taburi bubuk lada hitam cek rasa. Masak hingga matang. Sisihkan.
