  7. Bunda dapat menyiapkan 8 biji sebanyak cabe rawit potong tipis.

  9. Gunakan 1 sdm sebanyak soyabean paste atau taucho.
  10. Siapkan sebanyak Bahan C.
  11. Siapkan 1 sdt sebanyak tepung jagung di campur 2 sdt air.
  12. Gunakan 1 butir sebanyak telur di kocok.

  15. Gunakan 2 sdt sebanyak sos tomat.
  16. Siapkan 2 sdt sebanyak sos tiram.
  17. Bunda dapat menyiapkan 1 sdt sebanyak gula pasir.
  18. Gunakan 1/2 sebanyak minyak wijen.

Eating home-cooked chili crab was a celebration in my family—the preparation (imagine "capturing" those feisty crabs that "escaped" the nets and roamed freely in the kitchen!), the cooking, and of course, the eating. It was sheer fun; lots of fun. Chili Crab is a seafood dish that I enjoy with lots of rice. This dish is composed of crab (Mud Crab is originally used) cooked in sweet and spicy sauce.

  1. Cuci bersih kepiting dan potong kepiting menjadi 4 bagian.. pukul pelan kulit kepiting sampai sdkit retak supaya mudah utk di buka.
  2. Panaskan 5 sdm mkn minyak lalu goreng kepiting berubah warna dan tepikan.
  3. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak lalu tumis bahan B.. tumis sampai harum lalu masukan kepiting aduk rata.
  4. Lalu masukan bahan D dan air.. tutup wajan masak slma 10 minit….
  5. Terakhir masukan bahan C aduk rata.. di cicipi dulu sblm di sajikan.

I had my first taste of this dish in the original dampa in Paranaque (a city in the Philippines). Mix soy sauce, sugar, water (or stock), tomato sauce and chili sauce (if using) in a small jug. Put oil in a large hot pan or wok and over a medium heat fry ginger/chili mix for a few minutes. Have some rice or steamed buns on hand to mop it all up with. The chilli crab sauce has a combination of chillies, ginger, garlic, ketchup and most importantly, fermented soy beans.
