- 10 pieces of fried tofu

- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 50 grams of beef steak, diced
- 3 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
To start, begin by marinating the chicken in salt and pepper. Next, fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and set aside. In the same pot, add the egg, onion and garlic. Fry until the egg is half-cooked and then add in the tofu and fry until all ingredients are cooked through. Then, add the coriander powder and the beef steak. Add water and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let this cook for 15 minutes and then serve your delicious
